Refund Policy

At Bulk List Cleaner, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality email list cleaning services. We strive to ensure that every client is satisfied with the results of our service. If, however, you are not happy with the results or have an issue with our service, we offer a refund policy to ensure that you have a risk-free experience.

Our refund policy is simple and straightforward. If you are not satisfied with the service we provide, you can request a refund within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Once we receive your refund request, we will review your case and process your refund as soon as possible. We do, however, require that you provide us with a valid reason for your request, so we can improve our service.

Please note that refunds will only be issued if:

  1. The refund request is made within 7 days of the purchase date.
  2. The client get refund only for available Credits
  3. The customer has not violated our terms of service.

It is important to note that we do not provide refunds for any additional services purchased, such as credits or features that are not part of the standard package. Refunds are only applicable to the initial purchase of our service. Additionally, if we find that a refund request is fraudulent or violates our terms of service, we reserve the right to decline the request.
